PRO SE LEGAL CLINICS
NNJLS conducts Pro Se Legal Clinics to provide information and guidance to eligible residents so that they can represent themselves in certain civil legal matters. Topics covered include simple divorce, records expungement, landlord-tenant security deposits, and more. Clinics are facilitated by NNJLS staff and volunteer attorneys.
Space at our Clinics is limited and pre-registration is required. Most clinics are conducted in English and Spanish, but please be sure to tell us when registering if you require a Spanish language interpreter. Please note that clinic locations vary. Some take place at NNJLS offices, and others are at our community partners’ sites. Regardless of clinic location, to register, please call (201) 792-6363 or email us at NNJLS@lsnj.org.
